CloudPay is building a new CI/CD Pipeline and deployment system based on Cloud technologies as we introduce new capabilities to our Platform. As well as orchestration deployments, the pipeline will need to invoke multiple sets of automated tests.
The ideal candidate will also have responsibility for building and maintaining sophisticated virtual development environments.
We're currently looking to recruit our HR Manager EMEA for the Southern Region (Spain, Italy and France). It's an interim project to cover maternity for minimum 12 month. You will be leading the Southern Region, together with 2 team members in order to continue stablishing strong partnership with the business while mantaining local compliance.
You will need to be based in Barcelona and required to come to the office once a week.

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
Advise and guide managers and share best practiceApply HR and business knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skillsDevelop first line advice and guidance including toolkits and policy developmentManage employee relations casework and coach and guide HRBP'sSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation of employeesDrive alignment with HR strategy and business goalsContinuously monitor and review HR policies , procedures and guidelines to align against business objectivesDevelop, monitor and report on key HR metricsAttributes and Experience Required:
Degree in BA, Psychology, Labor Law or similar requiredPrevious experience as an HR Manager and/or Senior HRBPPeople orientated and results drivenCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the businessIn depth knowledge of Spanish employment law – essentialExperience of leading teams and matrix leadershipLabour Law experience in France and Italy – desirableDemonstrable experience with HR MetricsKnowledge of HR systems and process mapping key processesSpanish and English fluentPackage and Benefits:
