Your responsibilities encompass various facets of human resources management, ensuring alignment between organizational goals and employee needs. From talent acquisition to retention strategies, you oversee the entire employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment processes, fostering a positive work environment, implementing training and development initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
