Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) We are looking for a self-driven, highly motivated HR professional to lead and direct the functions of the Human Resources department including talent acquisition, administering pay, benefits, eave, enforcing company policies and practices while maintaining a very high degree of confidentiality. Main Responsibilities: Nurture a positive working environment Manages the HR Department ensuring its efficacy to company & employees Conducts effective implementation of company rules and regulations. Ensures payroll generation and crediting is always on time Duties/Responsibilities: Manages the talent acquisition process of qualified job applicants. Ensures that all statutory is remitted timely Develop and implement timely performance evaluations. Creates learning and development programs for employees. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Top Management Required Skills/Abilities: Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possess leadership, organizational and decision-making skills A working knowledge in Labor Laws and a background in counseling and grievance handling. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Education and Experience: Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology or related field is required. A minimum of Two (2) years of Human Resource management/supervisorial experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
