Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment) Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.Coordinate interviews and assessments, communicating with candidates and hiring managers.Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and integration into company culture.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.Handle employee documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related correspondence.Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies regarding employee documentation and data privacy.Payroll:Oversee the entire payroll process, from collecting time and attendance data to calculating salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll, including tax laws, labor laws, and any industry-specific regulations.Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, including employee information, hours worked, salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.Generate reports related to payroll data for management, finance, and regulatory purposesEmployee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, escalating complex matters to HR management as necessary.Contribute to fostering a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and activities.Training and Development:Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking attendance.Assist in identifying training needs and sourcing relevant resources to support employee skill development.Collaborate with department managers to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives.+ QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).Prior experience in HR administration, recruitment, or related roles preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.Proficiency in English and Tagalog.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software is a plus.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations governing HR practices.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.+ Why Join UsCompetitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where your contributions are valued.Exposure to various aspects of HR operations, providing a solid foundation for career growth in human resources.Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.Continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise in HR.
