Our client, international business group in the processed food sector - beverage manufacturing, is in a phase of sustained growth and strengthening of its production infrastructure.They are looking for a Food Production Engineer to join their investments, production, and continuous improvement engineering team.The engineer will actively contribute to the development and optimization of production processes.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Active support in the management and execution of continuous improvement projects.• Assistance to the factory management in reviewing and updating the standard operating procedures for each area of the plant.• Collaboration with the Production Manager in defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency and quality in production.• Management and leadership of a team of 6-8 people in the medium term, promoting a work environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Food Engineering.• Experience of 3 to 18 months in similar roles, preferably in chemical, dairy, or beverage production environments.• Ability to work in a team, leadership, and effective communication skills.• Results orientation and continuous improvement mindset.• Driving license B-1.
