This unique property sits adjacent to the renowned Terra Mitica theme park and boasts multiple food outlets as well as the largest live conference and event facility in the Costa Blanca.What is in it for you?As part of the Aimbridge team, you will have access to a suite of benefits that includes worldwide staff discounts on room rates and up to 50% discount on food & beverage.A day in the life of...As Finance Controller you will prepare monthly management accounts, manage sales ledgers, participate in the hotel forecasting process and hotel budget processes whilst ensuring financial risks are minimised.You'll be supporting the forecast of payroll and expenses as well as reviewing and challenging revenue forecasts as appropriate. You will Compile a monthly cash flow forecast and monitor bank transactions.This role will also see you attend Owner and Management Company meetings as required so the ability to speak English and Spanish is essential for this position.What do we need from you?- We're looking for an engaged strategic thinker who can communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.- You'll be able to create budgets and forecasts that accurately reflect the financial position of the company, as such experience utilising SAP and OPERA would be highly advantageous to manage financial data and generate reports.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices is essential to be able to maintain accurate financial records independently.- This role is based at the hotel, so you'll be within based close to the Grand Luxor or able to easily commute.Interested?
