Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using innovative and effective recruiting methods.- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).- Participate in internal recruitment processes.- Play an active part in onboarding new BNZSA employees.- Being a BNZSA Brand Ambassador, aligning oneself with corporate interest, uphold BNZSA's four core values, and set a leadership example.Who you are:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational, multitasking & prioritization skills- Ownership- Self-motivated and "Can do" attitude- Capable to deliver results under high pressure and in fast-paced environment- Affinity for lifelong learningMinimum requirements:- Native level of Flemish/Dutch (written and oral) is a must.- Fluent English.- Intermediate Spanish.- Min. 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.Nice-to-haves:- Good command of any other language is considered a massive plus (especially German or French).- A bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus.- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.- Knowledge of international recruitment practices is an advantage.- Experience in sales, cold calling, or a similar field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
