The journey starts here, with you at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:As the Internet Strategy Manager, you will be part of SITA Network team that covers the global network services within SITA to serve the global ATI (Air Transport Industry) market. You will be responsible for setting up the strategy for SITA's Internet offerings and leading its implementation.The ideal candidate will have the target to achieve the strategic, financial and customer satisfaction objectives for SITA's internet services. He/she will shape the strategy to ensure we have strong and competitive offerings that will contribute to achieve the revenue and profit growth of the network product line in accordance with the SITA strategic goals.The world is changing. Are you ready to define with future of travel with us?KEY RESPONSIBILITIESInternet Strategy. Analyse and understand global network market trends and customer needs. Articulate and document the internet vision strategy and define the target market in line with market trends, customer needs and SITA strategy.Strategy implementation. Drive the execution of the strategy across multiple stakeholders in the organization, spanning the life cycle of the product. This involves, stakeholders management, establishing proper governance and leading the overall program for a successful transformation.Sales/Channel Strategy and Support. Establish and implement an effective 'go to market strategy for the products to include an agreed and executed sales and marketing plan. Support bid management processes and pre-sales customer interactions. Support Salesforces with a clear product value proposition and training. Act as an escalation point of contact for all commercial activities related to the productsProduct Innovation and Development .Through an understanding of customer needs the competitive landscape and market trends propose product innovations as well as requirements for enhancements to existing products/services. Define product functional requirements .Guide product development project throughout the build/launch process to ensure delivery of the right product to market within the agreed timescalesParticipate in cross-functional teams that ensure the timely/cost-effective and quality delivery of product developments and product performance
