TasksUser online and offline support in working with corporate hardware and softwareInitial diagnostics of hardware and software in case of malfunctionsRestoration of serviceability except in cases of major or difficult repairsSetting up new computers (laptops and desktops) for users (Windows, macOS)Setting up office equipment (printers, scanners) and connecting them to the office computer networksTransfer of faulty equipment for repair and acceptance after repairParticipation in the purchase of necessary equipment (formulation of requirements, acceptance of equipment)Managing user accounts in information systemsSetting up user access rights to the company's IT resourcesMonitoring of equipment operation, computer network operation, user activityWriting user instructions for working with equipment and softwareRequirementsUniversity or college degree or professional training in information technology or similarAt least 1-3 years of experience in a technical role required with a wide range of responsibilitiesProficiency in Microsoft 365 and its installation and administration (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)Knowledge and management of Microsoft Active directory (users, groups, etc.)Organization of work with remote users (remote work and support tools, communication)Working in an environment where you need to constantly prioritize between many tasksHave a broad technical background and a willingness to expand itStrong diagnostic skill, analysis and problem-solving skills, initiativeGood verbal and written communication English skills.
