mission We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Hosting services products in an Agile framework.As Senior the Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, defining the product roadmap, and ensuring successful delivery of the product.What you'll do Demonstrate a holistic and integrated understanding of Tech Co.'s strategy and objectives, connecting organisational context with team efforts.Lead the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap, articulating the product vision & strategy to internal stakeholders and aligning it with Tech Co.'s VMOST strategy.Own the OKR setting and review process for teams under your oversight,ensuring they are in line with the function's objectives and the broader organisational efforts.Develop a deep understanding of the Hosting services market to inform strategy and product decisions, staying abreast of customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends through regular market research and customer interviews.Represent Tech Co./BU at conferences and events, showcasing what makes Tech Co.unique.Lead cross-functional teams ensuring a high level of collaboration to deliver products on time, within budget, and to a high quality.Lead the development of the product backlog, maintaining a focus on meeting both team and department goals, even when faced with projects of high ambiguity and complexity.Incorporate Tech Co.'s values into all systems, policies, and processes, promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity.Act as a regular contributor to company-wide initiatives, events, and activities, encouraging team participation.What you'll bring Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with significant experience in the data centre market.A proven track record in delivering products through an Agile framework and managing strategic third-party relationships with suppliers where necessary.Exceptional communication skills, capable of confidently articulating the Tech Co.'s mission, values, and long-term vision to a range of stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in building highly performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusive leadership.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data to inform product decisions.Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Business, or Engineering,with a commitment to continuous learning and development in the industry.Qualities you will posses An organised leader who drives
