Role |  As a Junior Key Account Manager at Ukio, you will play a vital role in managing and developing relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the senior key account management team. You will work closely with internal teams , partners and customers to understand their needs and help drive sales growth.
Responsibilities | Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships. Support senior account managers in developing account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing,  gx and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to key accounts. Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients as needed. Assist with the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and account performance metrics. Attend business trips to visit our main partners, present the company and build relationships. About you | 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of CRM software or other sales tools Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Fluency in Spanish and English Flexible, resilient and content with ambiguity and changes.  Confident with working in cross-functional teams. Comfortable performing  in a start-up environment.
