col-wideJob Description:**Reference: 540_SS_FC****IDIBELL is looking for a L**aboratory Research Technician for the Pathology Service****About the research group**The Anatomical Pathology Department is responsible for the Anatomic Pathology studies. It offers a full portfolio of services, with studies of biopsies and samples, cytologies and autopsies, along with a wide range of special, immunohistochemistry and molecular techniques. It also performs cytohaematology and flow cytometry techniques in haematology diseases. It takes part in external quality controls with an extremely high score.The department has recently received the ISO 15189 certificate for laboratories. It is certified for Anatomical Pathology Residency training, and has a Cytology School that provides specific training for Anatomical Pathology and Cytology graduate technicians to provide them with skills to work as a cytotechnician.**About the role**- To give support in tasks of Quality Management System- To participate in the development of the Quality Management System and undertake improvement actions.- To carry out quality controls established in the Pathology Service processes.**Job requirements**Professional experience- Demonstrable experience in a Pathology Service as a technicianEducation and training- CFGS in pathology laboratory technicianTechnical skills- Knowledge of the operations of the Pathology Service of a large hospital- Organization and logistic skillsLanguages- Good command of the English language**We will value, but not required**- Knowledge of the technical equipment and software for the development of this activity (SAP Logon)- Experience in the Pathology Service of Hospital Universitari de Bellvitge- Having finished (or cursing) a science degree**What do we offer**- ** Nº of positions: 1**:- **Start date: 16-1-2023**:- **Contract duration: Temporary - Part time contract (10h/week)**:- **Estimated annual gross salary**: it is commensurate with qualifications and consistent with our pay ranges.- You will be part of a **multicultural team**.
