We are currently looking for a Laboratory Samples Receptionist to join our Laboratory team in Paterna, Valencia.
What are you accountable for achieving? Follow the laboratory's procedures for sampleshandling and maintaining records of patient test results;
Dealing with customer requests by email, phone, fax, etc Responsible for handling documentation requirements Outsourcing and overseeing of sample reception area Providing administrative support to the laboratory team Ensuring accuracy and proof reading any company documentation prior to registering the data in the software Entering and updating client data where required using the proper software Be capable of identifying problems that may adversely affect test performance and either must correct the problems or immediately notify the general supervisor, technical supervisor, clinical consultant, or director; Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specifications What are we looking for? Degree or FP in Administration Knowledge or training in Biology or similar would be valuable Level B2 of English speaking and writing. Office advanced user (Outlook, Excel, word...) Valuable previous experience with ERP (Navision preferable) Previous experience in a similar role or in Healcare sector, FIV clinics preferable.
