Laboratory Technician

As SpliceBio is growing, we're looking for exceptional professionals to be part of our team, supporting the development of gene therapies for diseases for which currently no treatment exists. To contribute to our research, we are looking for a highly motivated Laboratory Technician to join our R&D team.Reporting to one of our senior scientists, this is what you'll be working on:Perform molecular cloning.Perform experiments using molecular biology and mammalian tissue culture.Cell culture, maintenance of cell lines.Analytical characterization of proteins (SDSPAGE and WB).Participate in SpliceBio's scientific meetings.RequirementsFor a successful fulfilment of this position, we are interested in candidates meeting the following requirements:Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Biology or Biochemistry.A minimum of 2 years experience in cloning techniquesExperience in mammalian tissue culture, protein expression (bacteria and mammalian), purification and characterization (SDSPAGE and WB).You are known for your attention to detail and for being pro-activeYour English, both written and spoken, is excellent.The offerJoining SpliceBio offers a unique opportunity at a pivotal moment for the company.
