On-site We are looking for a full-time Laboratory Technician to be based in Barcelona. The focus is on fragrance oil compounding for all product categories.

Key responsibilities
Compounding Main Focus Compound fragrance oils for perfumers in a timely manner with right quality.Support perfumers at laboratory and formula administration level.Contribute to laboratory daily routines.Manage stock of ingredients, fragrance library and laboratory supplies.Application Produce application samples in a timely manner with right quality.Manage stock of fragrance library, bases and laboratory supplies.General Report any issue with proactive solution ideas. Take prompt action on decision made to fix it.Respect health and safety rules.Collaborate actively with the rest of the laboratory and creative team.We bring Join a renowned company, within an innovative initiative.Cross collaboration with other labs within dsm-firmenich.Diverse, creative and proactive team, which have trust and collaboration as core values.Our offices have breath-taking views over Barcelona and are conveniently located.We look after our talents and ensure growth opportunities according to your interests.You bring 2-5 years experience in an compounding role within the fragrance industry.Interest into working with all laboratory techniques and softwares.Fluent in Spanish. good basic English. French is a plus.Precision and adaptability to deliver against tights deadlines.Good communication, independence and organization when dealing with pressure.Problem solving mindset with a focus in customer success.Definitely an optimist and a strong team player, who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.Ll-Hybrid
