Learning And Development Specialist

The Learning and Development Specialist will manage learning processes and systems, including the Learning Management System. Together with Subject Matter Experts, they will also support in creating eLearnings with Authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline 360 or Rise. A job that matters: Your Tasks Partner with functional areas to implement, launch and monitor trainings through the Learning Management System. Enhance Content accessibility in the LMS by promoting learning content and the Learning Management System. Ensure content relevance by partnering with functional areas to ensure necessary and relevant learnings are in the system from both, the learner and the business side. Learning initiatives include, but are not limited to eLearnings, virtual learnings, training programs. Improve global user engagement by introducing system improvements, interactive elements and engaging eLearnings. Support the smooth running of the Learning Management System and Performance System by providing support, guidance and troubleshoot Learning and Performance System related questions by the employees. Show clear can-do attitude with customers in mind. Promote and manage the LinkedIn Learning as well as the LinkedIn Learning platform. Track training hours, build reports and analyze data for Learning Initiatives, Performance Data and LinkedIn Learning. Collect and provide data for the annual Global Sustainability eport. Partner with Subject Matter Experts to create interactive content in form of eLearnings using eAuthoring Tools (eg.
