https://www.lek.com/ What we are looking for: The Associate Consultant/ Senior Associate Consultant/ Consultant Role We are currently recruiting experienced professionals for our Madrid office. We are looking for motivated, creative and persevering candidates with strong analytical skills, a developed quantitative mindset and an appreciation of teamwork. An excellent command of English and Spanish is required. A good level in another European language is an additional asset.
You will join L.E.K. as an Associate Consultant or Senior Associate Consultant. The A.C. or S.A.C. is responsible for the modeling and/or management of a stand-alone module.
After a selection based on your application (CV + cover letter), you will be evaluated during three series of individual interviews. The evaluation will focus on your profile, your motivation, and your ability to handle a strategic case study.
Specific skills include: Responsibility for analytical moduleConducting primary and secondary research on markets, competitors and customersPerforming rigorous analysis to pinpoint appropriate, practical recommendations for clientsCollaborating with team members to transform research and analysis into thoughtful insights that deliver maximum impact for clientsincreasing levels of project management responsibility as experience growsFluency in Spanish and English, additional languages are advantageous Don't meet every single requirement here?
