Our empowered and innovative teams are the foundation of our success, driven by a shared commitment to winning together.Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Engineering ManagerRole Overview:Manage all aspects of Manufacturing Engineering for our Wiring facilitiesIntroduce and integrate global Industry 4.0 technologiesDrive and standardize wire processes, procedures, and equipment worldwideLead automation wiring assembly process and digital transformation of operations to enhance OEE, quality, cost, and business growthKey Responsibilities:Generate and implement I4.0 ideas/technologies for Wiring operations regionallyContribute to global standardization and collaborate on equipment and supplier selectionLead equipment and capex purchases in regional plants and provide global supportEnhance overall OEE by improving equipment availability and reducing downtime through CI involvementReview Capital Expenditures and conduct manufacturing studies for new business opportunitiesParticipate in design reviews with cross-functional engineering groupsKey Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering10 years' experience in manufacturing engineering and automation installationExperience in global organizations and team managementProficiency in process flow charts and designing line layoutsExperience with capital equipment projects and high production automationStrong problem-solving, operations analysis, and attention to detailSkilled in integrating complex systems and Lean Manufacturing principlesExperience with assembly & process automation linesStrong communication skills and familiarity with 6 Sigma#J-18808-Ljbffr
