PhD in Microbiology or equivalent experience under library development for whole genome sequencing (WGS) of bacteria with Nanophore and/or Illumina platforms will be determinant. This person will be in charge of taking over and managing activities of the project Development of a new intelligent and predictive tool for the early diagnosis and improved treatment of sepsis funded by Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación.
