col-wideJob Description:What to ExpectWhat You'll Do- Determine if customer concern can be resolved over the phone; escalate as required to pre-diagnostic team, mobile service team and carry out customer education as required.- Maintain relations with PDN teams and follow up with customers as required- Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System. Attention to detail critical- Lock down appointments, confirming time and requests, supply regular updates for customer required.- Have a good geographic understanding of your intended zone, understand time and distances between potential appointments,- Initiate parts request procedure.- Manage customer escalation- Maintain regular development of SC FOH teams on customer flow, new developments/processes, etc- Maintain relations with SC / field teams- Can report results for KPIs to team mates managers and stakeholders confidentlyWhat You'll Bring- Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles- Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail- Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships Perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines- Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goal- Conflict management skills.- Rigor - Strong documentation skills in Toolbox/Systems- High School diploma or equivalent- Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, and MS Office- Associate Degree or certificate in Automotive Technology, preferred- Retail automotive service experience, preferred- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable and safe driving record- Must have two years of driving experience- Good level of English required
