Your Mission Your mission will be to supervise the proposals (both Farming and New Business) and ensure that the level of quality is the highest and corresponds to our client´s standard. You will need to understand the client's vision, create the strategy and proposal for the pitch presentation. Additionally, you will need to supervise Social media and Influencer teams to work together and generate a positive impact on timelines, workflow, and decision-making regarding the Digital solutions portfolio.
Main Functions Understand the client's needs to prepare a proposal and presentation tailored to their business strategy and vision.
Grasp the global ecosystem and Samy's digital capabilities.
Work collaboratively across different areas, leading pitch management.
Maintain continuous communication with the client and lead pitch presentations.
Supervise and coordinate teams to achieve objectives.
Attend high level meetings for new business and new strategy.
Identify client needs and translate them into business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams from different disciplines and partners for the satisfactory projects' development.
Supervise of internal briefings with their corresponding analysis (benchmarks, inspiration, etc.) and critical evaluation before client presentation.
Projects' supervision to ensure the delivery matches the briefing.
Coordinate and monitor the development of each project or campaign on time and on budget.
Anticipate of projects' and clients' needs.
Requirements +8 years experience in a similar role
Strong Global client engagement and major account
Solid experience with Pitching and presentation
Experience collaborating with creative, strategy and account management Teams.
Experience in media agencies and/or start-ups is highly desirable.
Strong Social Media and Influencer marketing experience
Ability to solve problems with agility and excellence.
Communication and persuasion skills
Solid Results orientation skills and strategic business vision
Leadership and Team building skills
Academic Background Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, Advertising Marketing, or similar
