Point of contact for office, travel and admin mattersVisitor managementResponsible for keeping track of travel arrangementsPrepare and organize internal company meetingsResponsible for managing office equipments, office furnitures, snack & beverages, office supplies, etcResponsible for managing of all admin contracts, including office, company pool car, mobile phone, etcResponsible for team building activitiesAny other ad-hoc matters requested by Head of HR, Admin & ITYour profileWhat background should you have to be comfortable with this role?
Minimum five years' similar experienceExcellent written and spoken command of Spanish and English at C1 levelSuperior time management and organizational skillsA team player with great attention in detailsAbility to multi-taskStrong sense of responsibility and accountabilityWhy us?This decade might be overshadowed by Covid19, but sooner or later we will beat and overcome that son of a germ, am I right?
