.Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences, as well as a strong background in instructional design and educational technology. The Digital Learning Specialist will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing digital learning initiatives to support our organization's objectives.Responsibilities:· Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and develop digital learning solutions that align with organizational goals.· Design engaging and interactive digital learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and other multimedia content.· Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create effective learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.· Validate the requirements and processes are compatible with the Cornerstone platform so that we avoid customization to the tool.· Review and test the process to ensure that it meets the documented requirements and that it functions as intended· Upgrade our existing training content to a common standard that is flexible and more accessible through a digital format· Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of digital learning initiatives.· Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in digital learning and recommend innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences.· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and metrics to assess the impact and ROI of digital learning initiatives.· Serve as a champion for digital learning within the organization, promoting its benefits and advocating for its adoption and expansion.Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in psychology, learning, educational technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).· Experience in instructional design and development, as well as digital learning projects and initiatives.· Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as iSpring Suite, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond or similar software.· Familiarity with learning experience systems (LXP) and other digital learning platforms.· Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.· Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for exploring new ideas and technologies to enhance learning experiences.Additional InformationWe prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion by creating an equal opportunities workplace and a human-centric environment where people of all cultural backgrounds, genders and ages can contribute and grow.To succeed we must work together with a human first approach
