The Opportunity: As the Omnichannel Experience Partner, you'll be integral to optimizing customer engagement. Working closely with brand and therapeutic areas, your role focuses on seamlessly integrating omnichannel strategies in one of the above-mentioned markets. Collaborating with commercial teams, you'll enhance operational processes, requiring a mix of technical proficiency, process understanding, and analytical skills. Your scope is dedicated to the Spanish affiliate, where you'll leverage your operational knowledge to align with strategic objectives. Responsibilities: Lead local market commercial teams in digital transformation for omnichannel capability and operational expertise to enhance customer engagement and experience. Facilitate 1:1 and 1: few knowledge sharing, coaching, and application of omnichannel digital product planning frameworks, subject expertise, and resource allocation modeling for in-market teams. Drive brand performance within the market in collaboration with commercial teams, aligning efforts with OSO KPIs and other omnichannel objectives. Embed capabilities in affiliate businesses, including channel goal definition, content creation, customer journey mapping, campaign calendar, and measurement. Contribute to objective market performance assessments for designated brands/businesses, creating and implementing action plans for underperforming markets. Solid experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and/or multinational corporation with global operations and local footprint. Brand marketing experience including digital strategy, digital marketing, and other multi-channel and content creation roles. Results oriented individual who can see gaps in delivery and knows how to bring solutions that enhance effort and operation. Communication and presentation skills including the ability to influence. Demonstrated strategic thinking, effective decision-making, and the ability to lead and contribute to high-level presentations and discussions. Fluency in both Spanish and English. Preferred Experience: Omnichannel design experience within FMCG and/or other content rich marketing industry. Digital transformation experience and/or other coaching and consulting/advisory type roles enabling others to learn and grow from your experience. Previous use of marketing automation technology and/or agency experience. Experience within oncology and other specialty brands. Education/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Additional information: This is a permanent, full-time position. Position based in our Madrid office, in Spain. This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 to 2 days per quarter in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
