As an Operations Support Associate, your main objective is to make immigration and relocation processes to Germany as smooth as possible. What You'll DoConduct Quality Assurance checks: Ensure documents are completed in accordance with guidelines and contain accurate information. Additionally, conduct future QA checks for communications with Relocation Specialists.Enhance document completion guidelines: Provide feedback to enhance the team's document completion accuracy and reduce error rates.Field inquiries regarding international talents: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries about visa processes, residence permits, paperwork, and more via chat through our platform and internal communication tools.Collaborate with authorities: Coordinate appointments and expedite processes by working closely with relevant authorities.Support immigration and relocation projects: Contribute to projects related to German immigration and relocation, including developing and maintaining processes, workflows, and guidelines.Use platform experience for collaboration: Collaborate with the product team to develop impactful features using your platform experience.Support commercial expansion efforts: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support the company's commercial expansion efforts
