Our collaborator is a global hub for startups and investors in the leisure marine industry. They provide the network, support and opportunities that high-potential companies need to succeed in this space. Aside from their thriving community of +150 members, they also collaborate with industry events to showcase startups, offer corporate innovation services and assist across the whole growth spectrum; including branding, marketing and a sales and marketing intern, you will work closely with the Head of Growth to support startups in their network with growth projects, fundraising efforts, and business development initiatives. You will work across:Consulting Projects:Work with startup and corporate clients on consulting projects from start to finish.Conduct thorough market research and analysis to draw conclusions and in developing and designing reports and presentations to display findings.Project manage and deliver regular progress updates to clients on calls.Fundraising Support:Support with content of investor materials, including market research and copywriting. Design investor-facing materials (pitch decks and teasers) in line with brand in identifying potential investors based on startup stage, location and sector.Support with investor outreach to facilitate introductions to startup informed about industry trends and fundraising announcements.Business Development:Create graphics for social media, invitations and as a point of contact for inbound, taking initial calls and qualifying prospects.Outbound prospecting for event collaborations or specific corporate innovation articles and press releases to engage our audience and announce opportunities.Maintain detailed records of client milestones, plans and support requirements.Proactively follow up with clients and prospects to ensure momentum in sales cycles.Requirements:Native-level English speaker.Knowledge of Spanish and/ or French would be a plus but is not necessary for the role. Higher education preferred (Bachelor's Degree).Graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail.Genuine interest in the startup ecosystem and venture or yachting-specific experience is not to provide a training agreement form your educational institution.Preferred availability for a 12 month internship (6 months minimum).
