Oliver James have partnered with a leading insurer who have grown considerably in recent years and are ambitious to keep this going. They are seeking to add a skilled Pension Sales Manager onto their team.It's important to note that this role will involve frequent travel nationwide. What you can expect: Use industry knowledge and existing connections to drive the future growth.Act as a key subject matter expert in the development and promotion of the pensions offering.Drive the importance of the unique offering and the customer benefits, to existing broker base and expanding this base further.Coach and mentor, the Sales Team. Contribute to the constant improvement. Frequent travel nationwide. What you need to apply:Previous experience in a sales role. QFA/CFP qualified.Experience of retail pension products, Broker distribution channels and the challenges they face in the current regulatory climate.Strong knowledge of technical Pension issues.Previous experience delivering compelling, engaging presentations.Full driver's licence.
