The People Unit Manager is responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies aligned with the Institute's strategy, and managing all tasks related to labour relations, talent selection, learning and development. He / she will report to the Administrative Director.He / she will be responsible for a team of 3 specialists in the areas of labour relations, talent acquisition, learning, people development and grants.Responsibilities:Definition and execution of the human resources policies at ICIQ together with the Institute direction.Develop and implement new and existing internal unit policies, Digital disconnection.Working Remotely.Social benefits.Training.Work environment.Competences and objectives.Professional growth plans.Work-life balance.Management of all tasks related to labour relations, talent selection, learning, people development and grants.Implementation and follow up the human resources strategy for researchers (HRS4R).Implementation of measures related to human resources in accordance with national employment regulations (equality plan, LISMI, RGPD).Analysis, description and evaluation of workplaces.Implementation and follow up the staff performance appraisal and career plans.Requirements:Degree in Human Resources Management (Labour Relations, Business Administration,). Complementary training in conflict mediation, equality policies and HR management.Command of written and oral English, Spanish and Catalan.Experience in a Human Resources department with responsibilities similar to those required.Valued qualities:Analytical, solution and client oriented, with abilities to plan and organize work.Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.Empathetic personality, excellent negotiation skills.Flexibility and ability to lead projects independently.We offer:A permanent full-time employment contract (1.630 hours/year).Remuneration according to individual's qualification/experience.Annual salary split in twelve monthly payments.Incorporation: Immediate.* Structural position resulting from the ordinary reposition quota for 2024.OTM-R principles in the selection processesICIQ follows the principles of Open, Transparent and Merit-based Recruitment (OTM-R) and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers as established by the European Commission
