Its activities include the business's entire value chain, from exploration to the commercial use of resources.The vacancy is in the E&P performance direction, within the Upstream business.MissionPrepare and supervise the consolidation and analysis of management information, ensuring consistency with the strategic/budget objectives set for the area, and the creation of information for optimal business management.Functions and ResponsabilitiesVerify the application of management control and cost allocation guidelines, criteria, and indicators.Consolidate and analyse the annual budget and the FAPs for the units within his/her scope, ensuring their alignment with the strategic/budget objectives. Collaborate in proposing management control and cost allocation indicators; follow up on the indicators for management, the P&L account, and the efficiency improvement plans, providing information on deviations and corrective measure proposals. Prepare result and follow up reports of the businesses, as well as ad-hoc studies, and prepare information periodically, in coordination with all other departments involved. Carry out the follow up of approved investments, compiling, analysing information, and providing elements to analyse deviations and implement corrective measures.Carry out the follow up on deviations from the budget and the analyses that are required to explain them.Support the manager when defining objectives for the units within his/her scope and perform follow up.RequirementsDegree in Finance or engineeringEnglish: fluet, C1Office 365 knowledgePowerBi will be valued as well as Anaplan#LI-LP1Job posting end date:28-04-2023SummaryLocation: Campus Repsol-MadridType: Full time
