As the Platform Manager, you'll take ownership and accountability for the development, customisation and delivery for all ancillary and/or transversal platforms including accounting, customer relationship management, customer services and document and workflow management
In this role you'll; Gather requirements and partnership crystallization with internal stakeholders i.e. Product, Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Servicing and engineering Engage, negotiate, plan, prioritise and deliver platform developments, customisation, and enhancements in collaboration with the Amadeus Group and 3rd party vendors Work with Platform Quality Assurance on Business User Acceptance and readiness About the ideal candidate Experience in Platform Management including working with 3rd Party Vendors such as SAP & SalesforceProven ability to oversee the creation and management of multiple products or services in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersThe ability to manage complex and sometimes conflicting interests from internal stakeholders from a product delivery perspectiveAble to implement strategic initiatives with efficiency, and professionalism and demonstrate troubleshooting/problem-solving skillsExperience working with offshore Technical Product Management and R&D teamsExperience working within a financially regulated business (nice to have)What does it mean to be an Outpaycer?
