We are now looking for polish speaking property consultants to build our Polish team from Costa Blanca to Costa del Sol. We already have a strong presence in the Polish market and attend property fair and have target advertisement.
TasksAs a Property Consultant within our team, your responsibilities will include: Following up on inquiries on properties advertised and identifying suitable properties for buying clientsArrange viewings and negotiate property transactionsSeeing transactions through to completion and handling after-salesProviding client advice on property valuation and marketingParticipation in Property Fairs in PolandHelping us grow our client and property portfoliosRequirementsRequirements We are looking for you who have a passion for sales! To succeed as a property consultant, you need to have excellent communication and networking skills. You need to be driven and self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You are fluent in Polish and English. Any other languages are a bonus.
