What We Are Looking forWe are looking for a full-time postdoctoral researcher to join our young, dynamic BrainChild Lab led by Prof. Mònica Guxens (https://www.isglobal.org/en/our-team/-/profiles/18628 ). The candidate will work on the potential health effects of RF-EMF on children's neuropsychological development as part of GOLIAT (5G exposure, causal effects, and risk perception through citizen engagement) funded by Horizon Europe (grant agreement 101057262) (https://projectgoliat.eu). The candidate will apply state-of-the-art causal inference methods (e.g., negative control outcomes, instrumental variables, propensity score matching, marginal structural models) using data from several European and Asian cohort studies. The candidate will have the opportunity to do a research stay of 6 months to Harvard School of Public Health in a second year of contract. The work will also involve coordination of the data collection and data cleaning of all the cohorts involved in the project.
Training and experience /QualificationsDoctorate in Health/Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, Environmental Epidemiology, Statistics or related subject.Previous experience in child health/cohort research
