Turner & Townsend has a new opportunity for a Procurement Managerin Spain.
Procurement for major capital projects and programmes includes:-
Developing procurement and contracting strategies to drive value and mitigate riskDeveloping tender and contract documentation, andEffectively managing the end-to-end procurement process including coordinating tender clarifications responses, evaluating tender submissions, and developing tender reports.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

Providing procurementadvice to clients;Managingend-to-end procurement services on construction and construction-services-related projects and programmes;Developing and implementing procurement strategies and plans;Engaging with the market and supply chain on a national and international level;Providing expertise to embed sustainability within procurement competitions;andDrafting tender documents and reviewing contract documents prepared by others.Minimum 8 years' experience with 3 years procurement experience for the procurement of capital works, goods or services; andPreferably possess degree related to engineering or quantity surveyingExperience in construction, industrial, high tech manufacturing, battery, semi-conductors, pharmaand/or manufacturing sector.Business level Spanish+ EnglishOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
