Goals: improve reliability, get competitive pricing, seek for technical and commercial opportunities, reduce complexity, shorten lead times and much more. Is responsible for directly leading negotiations with suppliers.Applies, as sourcing methodology, the Total Delivered Cost (TDC) process and tools, from definition to implementation, to build and reinforce a best-in-class supply that meets the company goals.Keeps a global mindset, benchmarking regional strategies within the global sourcing team; leverages the Ecolab global scale to add value and maximize benefits.Leads saving projects or other initiatives to achieve team targets. Collaborates across RD&E, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing and Sales to ensure action plans and project milestones are met.Develops business continuity plans and risk assessments. Investigates, develops and drives actions to remedy supply disruptions and constraints. Effectively communicates updates to internal stakeholders.Builds and maintains expert knowledge of respective categories, competition and innovations.
