With our retail partners spanning the globe, there's a huge amount of growth and opportunity.Our product team in charge of Acquisition is overlooking some of the core elements of the Ecom grocery customer journey, including traffic and landing experience, Order placement and post checkout experience.We partner with Engineering teams, UX and Data Analysts within Technology, exploring Customer and Partner problems to solve,providing clarity of business requirements and acting as a bridge between the technical and business worlds. This role will partner with other Product Managers of the Acquisition domain, to be a key go-to person for one or multiple product outcomes in one of our product areas, sharing responsibility with engineering for achieving impact on our Ecommerce goals.The Department/ClusterWe belong to the Order department where our goal is for Customers to successfully place their order and have an amazing end-to-end experience that will make them come back and place subsequent orders. We also look at helping our partners optimise their operations, by providing a well balanced set of shopping propositions and operational tools.The Acquisition cluster, one of two clusters in the department, is focused on acquiring new customers, onboarding them, and creating the optimal experience for high levels of engagement and satisfaction.Some of the products in this cluster include: Homepage, Login/Registration, Notifications, Payments integrations and flows, Cart, Checkout-walk, Refunds, Edits, Substitutions,My Account, taxes, etc.The TeamWe are looking for a new member for our team, eager to work collaboratively in a Product team, and focus on improving our platform. We do ruthless prioritisation, balance our Partners' needs and local realities with some high-level outcomes we pursue. We constantly seek for new opportunities and build a data driven mindset for experimentation and iterative value incrementals.Key Responsibilities:Lead in ProductCreate goals for your product that are aligned to the business targets.Collaborate with others by sharing ideas and understanding the problems to solve for your product. Facilitate sessions to develop strategies for your products.Be the voice of your product internally and externally, and communicate regularly with stakeholders on roadmap planning,product strategy and outcomes.- Manage the launch of new capabilities end-to-end for your product and work closely with project and delivery teams to ensure product delivery is well executed for the end customer- Own the business case and ROI of your product, and ensure stakeholders are informed of product changes and any impact
