We are looking for you, a Junior ATC Product Manager, to support the ATC Domain Leader and Aicraft Communications Portfolio. Reporting to the Head of the Aircraft Communications Portfolio, the Junior ATC Product Manager is overall responsible for the following key activities: Support on the strategy and roadmap execution of SITA ATC domain, Help developing a Product vision supported by a constructive Market view, customers feedback, internal workshopsDrive key product practices, e.g. Value proposition, Communication and Sales material, pricing and support model.You will strongly interact with the various functions within SITA FOR AIRCRAFT such as the ATC Community and Engineering teams, Commercial teams, Customer operations and customer support teams, and other colleagues across the company, located in 20+ countries (Canada, United-States, France, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Spain...).Are you ready to join us?Wait. You might wonder: "What do we do at SITA FOR AIRCRAFT?"We make flight operations, air traffic management and aircraft maintenance more sustainable and efficient.How?Enabling collaboration between people and organizations in the air transport industry through: Communication – connecting aircraft and people around the world.Data & Platform - Turning aircraft data into valuable insight for the entire industry.Applications – Empowering the industry with user-friendly tools that make flight operations more sustainable and efficient.Your mission Product Innovation/Definition and Life Cycle ManagementContinuously analyze the market to timely identify market opportunities and threats,Through continuous customer and industry engagement support the definition of the product vision and strategy,Support the end-to-end delivery of new products: conduct market research and customer interviews; determine product value proposition, main requirements and use cases, define development phases (MVP), pricing, and go to market plans for product introduction,Prioritize new product features and creation of a product road map including gaining stakeholders buy-inWork closely with the development team to drive product development and engage with the cross-functional team to coordinate the delivery of supporting service model and ongoing management of your products,Proactively work together with other teams to assure that all aspects of the product are properly industrialized,Manage complete product life cycle from inception to retiring,Manage current product partners and seek opportunities to enhance or extend partnerships that will add value to the product.Product MarketingEstablish and continuously adopt an effective 'go to market' strategy incl. pricing strategy,Drive sales for your product but arming your Sales forces with a clear product value proposition and training and marketing material,Support bid management processes and pre-sales customer interactions.Product PerformanceOwn and continuously monitor product profitability, business case realization and overall impact,Hold regular product & market optimization reviews with the Leadership team that focus on making recommendations on how to drive improved performance of the product from a commercial and where relevant, technical perspective.QualificationsDo you recognize yourself?
