Role Responsibilities Responsible for the achivement of production planning based on the sales forecast. Reponsible for weekly production orders. Supervision of the adequate quanti ty of raw material in order to meet the supply needs during the productive processes To propose improvements on the ways of working in the operations and organization processes. To coordinate and propose training actions for the production team. Responsible for applying all quality, environment and H&S measures in the area of responsibility. Participate in reviewing all quality, environment and H&S systems. Prepare annual budgets of expenditure and investment of his section. Develops the Lean manufacturing programme in the bottling area. Collaborate in new products design testing new materials and new suppliers for approval. Keep actualized all documents and data in all different information systems (SAP, CompliantPro, SucessFactors, etc.) Responsible for setting area objectives and extending them to all sections. Responsible for the implementation of the development plans of his direct team as well as of the staff under his/ her charge. Responsible for applying all quality, food safety, environment, food Safety and H&S measures in his area of responsibility. Assume responsibilities of H&S, food safety, quality, and environment systems. Propose improvements related to quality, environment, food safety, and H&S in his/ her areas. Qualifications Skills and personal Attributes -Interpersonal relationships and communication skills. - Enterprising and innovative attitude - Ability to develop cross-functional relationships. - Strong analytical and problems solving skills. Education/ Experience - University Degree - Two to four years´ experience in similar functions.
