About the role: We are looking for a Production Engineer Sr. with expertise in electronics manufacturing and production organization to join our team. As a leader of the Manufacturing area, you will coordinate production tasks, collaborate with R&D team to create the first prototyping of our technology, and lead an expert team to production our high-end technological systems.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the Manufacturing area, encompassingproduction, quality control, and logistics subareas.Collaborate with the Engineering team to prototype our R&D projects.Working with COO to elaborate the strategy of the area.Spearhead the industrialization process of our systems.Implementing and optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency and optimize costs.Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in electronics or equivalent field.Proven hands-on experience in cabling manufacturing, surface-mount device (SMD) soldering, and mechanical assembly processes, preferably within a high-tech or electronics manufacturing environment.Demonstrated enthusiasm and eagerness to learn about and explore the application of emerging technologies in manufacturing processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Proficiency in production planning methodologies and tools, such as ERP systems, capacity planning software, and lean manufacturing principles, to optimize resource utilization and meet production targets.Experience in verification and validation (V&V) processes, including manufacturing peer reviews, to ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Familiarity with laboratory measurement equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, analyzer...)Soft Skills: Methodical and organized person.Use to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.Autonomy and responsibility.Ability to take on new challenges.Other Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish languages.Knowledge of Office tools.Ability in effective analysis and problem-solving.Knowledge of electronics schematics, datasheets and technical instructions.Our culture is based on our aim to create awesome high-tech products and, at the same time, to develop an awesometeam with strong common values in order to behappy and successful together.
