The Production planner is responsible for balancing demand & capacity for own produced products by managing all operational tasks connected toproduction planning. The main target is to safeguard product availability to secure Service Level at optimal cash and cost position, applying the standard processes .

What You Will DoProject Long Term Planning/ Capacity Review
Balance production on a long-term basis locally (primarily) and continental (secondly)
Create the proper planning to be able to reach the demands from our customers and optimize the production
Identify possible gaps and escalate to the Team leader
Follow up on actions out of the S&OP regional and executive reviews.
Participate or leads in (new product) capacity projects or footprint initiatives.
Participate or leads in complexity reduction initiatives or product range optimizations
Act as interface for selective lines/product groups between planning, Market and Sites
Who You AreBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or in a related technical field
2+ years of experience in production planning, production materials, forecasting and inventory
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Expert in MS office tools. Knowledge of software as SAP or other ERP would be valuable
Knowledge in Power BI
Excellent communication and influencing skills
