Production, Full-time Share Job advertisementMain tasks of the position:Management of Human Resources and Production of the Manufacturing shift. New products and Transfers (active participation in projects).
Supervision of batch starts and cleaning.Supervision of machinery.Supervision of direct labour.Supervision of the periodic calibration status of equipment.Preparation and supervision of batch documentation: protocol, labels, annexes, etc.Preparation of documentation (Procedures, DEs....etc.).Processing of quantities and times in the SCA system.Requesting sample analysis to Quality Control.Collaborate with the Production Technicians in the organisation activities, -coordination of personnel, proposals for improvements and training.Control of the material needs of the section.Technical assistanceProposing process and equipment improvements.Training / ExperienceHigh level of technical English.Demonstrable experience in the area of Oral Solids Production in the Pharmaceutical Industry will be an asset.
Other skills/experience:Operation of ERP system, SAP or similar.Management of machinery and production equipment will be an asset:Granulation equipment (dry and wet).Coating equipment.Pellet manufacturing equipmentMaster's Degree in Pharmaceutical Industry is an asset
