Program Purchasing.

Your tasks as Project Buyer (m/f/d) – IRS/Inflator Manage and coordinate direct purchasing activities within projects scope and act as a link between project team and purchasing department (SDE and Commodity). Provide purchasing support to Inflator projects starting in the acquisition phase and ending with spare part agreements. Transfer product line requirements to our supply base. Prepare component procurement plan, needs and dates, set price targets, priorities, categorize parts, etc. Pilot technical reviews with suppliers before nomination, together with SDE and Commodity. Ensure compliance of project milestones related to Purchasing and cost objectives. Track KPIs of projects cost of BOM (Bill Of Materials), changes impact, cost of tools, OTS, OTP. Generate saving activities (VAVE) based on experience, knowledge or lessons learned from other projects. Requirements Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering 3 years of experience in similar fuction English fluent (spoken and written) / Basic German desirable MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint SAP Knowledge Mechanical Engineering background desirable Competences Financial acumen Project Management knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Emotional and Cultural Awareness
