col-wideJob Description:Our company is currently seeking Project controller to join our high team!Fluent in English and Spanish is a must!Tareas**His or her responsibilities will be**:- Monitoring the project's progress to ensure that it is progressing according to schedule and budget, while identifying possible problems that may occur in the future- Providing regular updates on the status of projects to key stakeholders, including executives and project team members- Preparing reports on project status and finances for management review- Developing and monitoring budgets for projects based on estimates provided by project managers- Coordinate accounting team on processing of payables and receivables.- Coordinate weekly bank accounts reconciliation.- Coordinate timely monthly closings.- Tax submission and analysis.- Control collections and aging.- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all materials are available when needed for projects.- Monitoring contract compliance and communicating with contractors regarding changes that need to be made to comply with contractual obligations.- Check the accuracy and seek for improvements in the balance sheet for a betterquality of the financial information.- Oversee the accounting preparation of other entities of the group outside Spain.**Requisitos**:**following skills in order to be successful**:- Having strong Spanish GAAPaccounting skills.- High level of organizational skills.- Detail oriented.- Ability to adapt quickly and work with deadlines.- Effective communication and ability to listen.- Leadership skills to motivate the accounting team, help them overcome challenges by inspiring them to work hardand sharing knowledge.- Strong Spanish Tax knowledge is required.- Advanced excel skills is preferred.- Accounting software strong knowledge in required, knowledge of Sage 200 is preferred.- Master's degree in accounting or related certification is preferred.
