BFlow offers a position of Project coordinator in the company . This position is a unique opportunity to add value to the growing field of biotechnology in Galicia (https://www.galiciabio.tech/). Tasks Design and develop biological validation of Organ-on-a-chip systems to mimic the human physiological conditions. Coordinate the external biological validation of drugs with CROs and pharmaceutical companies. Coordinate both "Design and manufacturing" and "Biological validation and product" departments. Requirements: Mandatory requirements   Interest in the field of bioengineering and biotechnology. Experience working with organ-on-a-chip technology. Fluent communication in English. Ability to lead a team, creativity, strategic thinking and initiative. PhD in Biology, Biomedicine, Biotechnology or Biochemistry.   Valuable requirements Previous experience managing teams. Previous experience in competitive grant applications. Previous R&D experience.
