We are currently looking for a Project Director to join our M Renewables team and lead the EPC front in Madrid, part of our Spanish subsidiary METKA EGN.
Your role will encompass: Monitors local markets and is informed on upcoming tendersAssists the development team in new incoming projectsAssigns and monitors Technical Advisors for performing Technical Due Diligence in projects under evaluationChecks and confirms financial and technical information on projects entering CACDirects and Monitors RFQ and RFP Processes coming from external and internal developers, studies RFP documentation and provides input and assistanceDevelops the cost analysis and financial offer and receives approval from Head of EPC and General ManagerMonitors the preliminary and final design stage by Operations and directs the communication with suppliersLocks and approves final design package and budget and communicates it to the General ManagerIs involved in the selection and offers of main equipment suppliers and subcontractorsOverviews the evaluation and approval of the local suppliers and subcontractors offers by the Project ManagersOverviews and approves service agreements and labor contracts for the construction personnelWhat you bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical or civil engineering. MSc is considered an advantageProven track record (minimum 8 years' experience) in the construction of solar parksFluency in English and Spanish is essential (both spoken and written)Working knowledge of MS ProjectWorking knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent communication, organization and interpersonal skillsAttractive remuneration packageGroup Health Insurance Program
