.At Iberostar we are looking for a Project Management Coordinator to join our Strategy & Transformation Office (STO) team based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain; but before knowing moreabout the position, we consider that it might be interesting for you to learn a little about us:We are a 100% family business (specifically, a family of more than 30,000 employees).We are operating in 35 countries and our headquarters is based in Palma de Mallorca.Our values (Passion, Responsibility, Transparency, Creativity and Humility) are very important to us, all our actions are aligned with them.We are pioneers in responsible tourism (Check out our Wave of Change movement to learn more).If this sounds interesting to you...maybe this is your place! :)Your main mission will be to Support the Strategy & Transformation Office (STO) in the use of the applied workstream management standards and methodologies, and in the coordination of all actions and tasks throughout the projects' lifecycle, from conception to implementation.As Project Management Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Vice President Strategy & Transformation Office, your main responsibilities will be:Task Facilitation: Act as a facilitator to ensure the successful completion of project related tasks, meeting the needs of the team and individuals.Project Coordination: Coordinate and support all actions and tasks throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to implementation and results and benefit measurement.Task Planning and Monitoring: Support, plan, and monitor tasks related to analysis, design, and development activities related to the execution of the integration and transformation projects.Detailed Planning:Ensure and track the development and adherence to a detailed project plan.Project Parameter Monitoring: Monitor project parameters (dates, products, etc.), controlling and managing possible deviations while evaluating progress.Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate different participation in the project, engaging in effective dialogue with involved teams.Reporting: Regularly report on the progress of the projects, keeping the STO stakeholders informed, and ensuring timely project closure.Who is the ideal person for this job?The ideal person to fill this position has a positive and dynamic attitude to face different challenges, strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail, effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration,ability to evaluate and validate the quality of project deliverables.- Studies:Degree in Tourism, Business Management, Economics or similar.Master in project management (PMP) is desirable.Knowledge and experience in agile project management methodology.Experience / Background: at least 2-3 years experience in project management, demonstrating successful coordination and facilitation.Languages: Fluent English speaker: minimum B2-C1 level #J-18808-Ljbffr
