Your tasks The Project Manager for International Projects is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing complex projects with a global scope. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring successful project delivery. The Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across different countries and cultures to achieve project goals. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, and timelines. Identify and allocate necessary resources. Project Execution: Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets and track expenses. Ensure adherence to quality standards. Stakeholder Management: Engage with international stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members. Foster positive relationships and address any conflicts. Communicate project updates and status reports. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans. Proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Project Closure: Evaluate project outcomes against predefined success criteria. Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned. Prepare final project reports and documentation. Your profile Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, IT). PMP (Project Management Professional) or comparable certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on international projects. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work across time zones and cultures.
