Our imaging services are growing rapidly and we are looking for a Project Manager in Medical Imaging to join our team. We expect the Project Manager to coordinate, lead and complete all aspects of medical imaging projects, which may range from research projects to phased clinical trials, and achieve project milestones on time and within budget.
 This person will be responsible for organising and completing project communication and documentation for multiple projects in various phases of completion and aligning customer, other vendor and QMENTA's resources to complete the milestones defined per project. They will manage and ensure the project scope aligns with the products and services purchased. They will complete the project's fiscal requirements, monitor progress and anticipate and mitigate project risks to deliver company results and high customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will share ideas for ongoing process improvement and will participate in cross company initiatives to ensure product and service offerings meet and exceed customer needs.
What you will do (responsabilities) Responsible for coordinating the planning,  project setup, execution, and report finalisation of assigned projects.
Utilise project management tools to plan, track, prioritise and communicate timelines and deliverables to internal and external teams.
Conduct meetings with clients, manage the agenda, meeting minutes and actions.
Manage the project budget in line with contracts, including proactive management of budget, pass-through costs and change orders as necessary.
Actively manage the timelines considering impact on resources.
Organise and hold regularly scheduled internal project team meetings.
Identify issues and as needed, work with the appropriate team member(s) to resolve issues affecting project scope, quality, effort, risk and timelines.
Supports internal, sponsor, or regulatory audits as necessary for associated projects.
Assess overall project quality including risk identification and mitigation.
Resolve dependency and mitigate risks by coordinating with higher management.
Facilitate project specific team training as necessary.
Must have (required skills and experience) Academic degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences or a related field.
2+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience in operations and administration.
Working knowledge of Office suite and project management tools.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail oriented and multitasking ability.
Resourcefulness and good time management skills.
Advanced English skills necessary (oral and written).
Nice to have (desired Qualifications, optional) Previous experience in an Imaging Core Lab or CRO.
Understanding of software development and Agile methodology.
Understanding of legal documentation associated with projects.
