The Situation Gray Matter is on the lookout for a Project Manager who thrives on bringing ideas to life and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively. We need someone who is passionate about managing the intricacies of software development projects, facilitating communication between diverse teams, and driving projects to successful completion. The Role As a Project Manager at Gray Matter, you will:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Lead the execution of projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Team Leadership: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Serve as the liaison between project teams and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans to manage them effectively.
Communication: Ensure that all projects are communicated in a timely and clear manner to all stakeholders. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates on project milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications We're looking for someone with:
+5 Years of Experience: Proven work experience in project management, specifically in the software development or tech industry.
Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead project teams to achieve productivity and meet project goals.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to all stakeholders clearly.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and adjust project plans as necessary to meet objectives.
Project Management Qualifications: Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
