Project Manager- Scada Development

MY TASKS:Manage SCADA development projects inside Global Engineering across the different Nordex portfolio platforms, assuring budget, quality, and timeline of the project. Processing the project scope with interdisciplinary project teams (Engineering, Sales, Sourcing, Logistics, Installation, Service). Evaluation of project ideas and support up to approval. Align schedule and scope of own projects across the product platform. Tracking and updating relevant milestones for the release of SCADA projects. Coordination of the necessary resources with competence departments and projects managers. Report to the program director of Turbine Serial Development as well as escalation to relevant committees. Coordination of technical aspects and risk management with chief engineers and divisional management. Organization of prototype tests and ramp-up activities in the operation areas. MY PROFILE:Qualification/Training: Diploma/Masters in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or similar. Complementary Training: Project Management experience required (PM certification preferred). Relevant experience in an Engineering or project management position in wind industry. Several years of experience in wind turbine industry, preferably on software and SCADA functions. Very good MS office skills (including MS Project Server). Experience in an ERP and PLM system advantageous. Profile: Team worker, customer & solutions oriented, clear and structured communication and reporting skills. High quality awareness and assertiveness. Intercultural experience necessary. Languages: Fluent in English. Beneficial skills in Spanish and German. Availability to travel.
