TasksAs a Property Consultant within our team, your responsibilities will include:
Following up on inquiries on properties advertised and identifying suitable properties for buying clientsArrange viewings and negotiate property transactionsSeeing transactions through to completion and handling after-salesProviding client advice on property valuation and marketingHelping us grow our client and property portfoliosRequirementsWe are looking for you who have a passion for sales! To suceed as a property consultant you need to have excellent communication and networking skills. You need to be driven and self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You are fluent in English and Spanish. Any other languages are meritorious. Specially Swedish, German, French, Dutch.
